Today will be our second Bible Study and English Club meetings for international students. Last week at the Bible study we had a good mix of countries represented: Nigeria, China, Japan, and Thailand (And the U.S., of course)
There were fewer students there than I had hoped for, but I still think it was a great start. Our very first Bible study, years ago, had only 2 committed attendees, and the Lord used that little study pretty powerfully in the lives of those who attended. (including mine)
We also had a GREAT time at our first English Club. One element that has been super encouraging to me is the enthusiastic participation of so many people in our homegroup and church. I feel honored to be laboring alongside such great brothers and sisters in Christ.
